How we work

What you can count on.

A real panel, not a skin

Every server runs on our own build of Pterodactyl: console, file manager, SFTP, schedules, sub-users and backups, with nothing locked behind support.

Pay for memory, not slots

Plans are sized by memory. Player slots are a setting you choose, so a quiet SMP and a busy one pay the same for the same hardware.

Your backups can leave with you

Save backups to your own Cloudflare account and restore them into a new server whenever you come back, even after a cancellation.

Straight answers

Tickets and Discord are answered by the people who run the nodes. If something is our fault, we say so and put it right.
