Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms cover your use of GGHOST: this website, the billing area at billing.gghost.cloud and the game panel at panel.gghost.cloud. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask us before you order.

GGHOST is operated by Arya Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

1. What we provide

We rent game servers that you manage through our Pterodactyl panel. Each plan comes with the memory, disk and CPU shown on its plan card at the time you order. You get control of the server software, files and settings inside your server; we run the hardware, network and panel underneath it.

2. Your account

  • Give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your login safe. You are responsible for anything done with your account.
  • One person or organisation per account. Do not share or resell access unless we agree in writing.

3. Orders and delivery

Orders are placed and paid through our billing area. How quickly your server is ready depends on the region you pick:

  • Instant setup: when a node in that region has room, your server is created automatically right after payment.
  • Ready within 24 hours: when a region is full, we accept the order and add capacity for it. Your server is set up within 24 hours of payment and we email you when it is ready.

If a 24-hour order is not ready in time, contact us and choose either a full refund for that order or extra free days added to your service.

4. Billing and renewal

  • Plans are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, as chosen at checkout. Payment is taken in advance for each period.
  • Your service renews at the end of each period until you cancel it. Prices for an existing service stay as ordered unless we tell you about a change before your next renewal.
  • Payments are handled by the payment providers offered at checkout. Their own terms also apply to the payment itself.
  • If a renewal is not paid, the service is suspended and may later be terminated (see section 7).

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a service from the billing area at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the server stays available until the end of the period you have paid for. Apart from the late-delivery refund in section 3, payments for a period that has started are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise. If something has gone wrong, talk to us first. We would rather fix it. The full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Your server is for running games, game-related tools and bots. You must not use it to:

  • attack, flood or scan other systems (DDoS, stress-testing third parties, port scanning);
  • mine cryptocurrency or run other workloads that keep the CPU busy for reasons unrelated to your game;
  • send spam, run phishing pages or spread malware;
  • host or share illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks;
  • harass, threaten or exploit other people, including other customers and our staff;
  • try to get around resource limits, break out of your server, or interfere with other customers' servers or the panel.

Fair use applies to shared resources such as CPU and network. If your server affects other customers, we may limit it and will tell you why.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a service if:

  • a payment is overdue;
  • it breaks the acceptable use rules above, or we are legally required to act;
  • it puts our network, hardware or other customers at risk.

Where we can, we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. For serious abuse, such as an active attack, we may act straight away. A terminated server and its files are deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Your content and backups

You own what you put on your server, and you are responsible for it, including making sure you have the rights to any mods, plugins or maps you upload. Keep your own backups of anything important. We work to keep servers running and data safe, but hardware can fail and we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep every server online, but the service is provided as it is, and occasional downtime for maintenance or outside our control can happen. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost players or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will tell you by email or in the billing area before they apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Wyoming. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country you live in still apply where they cannot be excluded by agreement.
