Open a support ticket

Sign in to the client area and open Support tickets → New ticket at app.gghost.cloud/tickets. Choose a department:

• Technical: a server won’t start, lag, mods, connection problems.
• Billing: invoices, payments, refunds, cancellations.
• Sales: questions before you order, custom or larger setups.
• General: anything else.

You get an email when we reply, and you can answer from the same ticket page.

Include this and we can help faster

• Which server it is. Pick it as the related service when you open the ticket.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• The error from the console, pasted as text, and when it started.
• What you changed just before, such as a new plugin, mod or version.
