Reset your password
Get back into the client area or the game panel.
- Client area: click Forgot password on the app.gghost.cloud sign-in page and follow the emailed link.
- Game panel: click Forgot password? on the panel login page. The panel password is also your SFTP password.
The two accounts have separate passwords. Changing one doesn’t change the other.
If no email arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The address has to match the one on your account.
