Two-factor authentication
Protect your client area and panel accounts with an authenticator app.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) asks for a six-digit code from an app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Bitwarden, as well as your password.
Client area
In app.gghost.cloud, open your account settings and turn on two-factor authentication. Scan the QR code with your app, or type in the secret shown under it, then enter a code to confirm.
Game panel
On the panel’s Account page, click Two-Step Verification, scan the code and confirm. Save the recovery codes you are shown somewhere safe: they are the only way back in if you lose your phone.
If you lose access to your authenticator and your recovery codes, open a ticket from the email address on the account.
