Payments and invoices
How billing works, where to find invoices, and what happens if a payment is missed.
Everything to do with billing lives in the client area at app.gghost.cloud.
- Invoices: every payment and renewal has an invoice you can view and download.
- Renewals: an invoice is created before your service’s due date. Pay it from the client area to keep the server running for the next cycle.
- Balance: credit on your account is used for invoices first.
If a renewal isn’t paid
An unpaid service is suspended after its due date and later removed, along with its files and the backups stored with us. If you might not renew, download your backups or save them to your Cloudflare first.
