Upgrade, downgrade or cancel
Move to a bigger plan or cancel your service.
Upgrade or downgrade
To move to a different plan, open a ticket or ask on Discord and say which plan you want. Your files and world stay where they are.
Cancel
Open the service in the client area and request cancellation. Cancelling at the end of the billing period lets the server keep running until the time you’ve paid for runs out.
Back up anything you want to keep before the service ends. See Keep backups in your own Cloudflare.
