Scheduled tasks and sub-users
Automate restarts and backups, and give friends access to your server.
Schedules
On Schedules, create a schedule with a time in cron form, then add tasks to it:
- Send command: for example a warning message before a restart.
- Power action: restart the server.
- Create backup: this replaces the oldest unlocked backup when you’re at your plan’s limit.
A common setup is a daily restart at a quiet hour, with a say warning 5 minutes before it.
Sub-users
On Users, add someone by their email address and tick only what they need, for example console and files but not backups or settings. They get an invitation to make a panel account. You can change or remove their access at any time.
